    Cut babycorn, red and yellow capsicum and carrots lengthwise

    Blanch the babycorn, brocolli and carrots. To blanch, boil water in a pan and add a little sugar, salt and lemon juice. Put the veggies in boiling water and leave for 2 minutes. Take out and refresh with cold water

    In a karahi, heat 1 tsp oil and add the crushed garlic and red chillies

    Add both the capsicums and saute. Now add the blanched vegetables

    Add salt & pepper to taste and keep cooking on medium flame for next five minutes
