Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the steaks:
0.5 cups Potatoes (boiled and grated, kept in fridge till cold)
2 tsp carrots (grated)
1 green chilli (chopped finely)
1.50 tsp Cornflour
2.50 tsp Water
2 tsp dhania leaves
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
2 tsp Onions (chopped finely)
1 tsp capsicum (chopped finely)
2 slices bread (soaked & squeezed)
according to taste Salt
according to taste Pepper
For the French Fries:
Potato, large (cut into strips and dipped in cold water with 1 tsp salt)
1 tsp Cornflour
according totaste Salt
For the sauted vegetables:
1 tsp Butter
0.5 tsp Garlic Paste
0.75 tsp oregano
0.5 tsp Lemon juice
1 cup mixed vegetables of your choice, parboiled(carrots, beans, peas,zuchini, babycorn, baby potatoes etc)
according to taste Salt
according to taste Pepper
For the sauce:
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp chilli paste
0.25 tsp Tomato ketchup
0.5 tsp Honey
0.5 tsp paprika powder
0.5 tsp oregano
0.5 tsp garlic (chopped very finely)
According to taste Salt
According to taste Pepper

    For the steak:

    Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients listed under steak except cornflour and water. Mix nicely

    Divide the mixture into 2 equal size portions and shape into steaks of any shape you like

    Combine water and cornflour to form a paste. Brush over the steaks

    Coat the steaks with breadcrumbs and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes

    For the Fries:

    Take the fries out of the water and pat dry

    Dust the fries with cornflour and salt and half fry them. Keep aside

    For the vegetables:

    Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and saute a little

    Add the vegetables and saute for another minute

    Add the salt pepper and oregano. Mix well

    Turn off the gas and sprinkle the lemon juice. Keep aside

    For the gravy:

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside

    For assembling:

    About 30 minutes before serving, heat the sizzler plate on the gas. Make sure the plate becomes very hot

    In the meanwhile fry the cutlets, the french fries. Reheat the sauted vegetables

    Turn the gas to sim, and arrange some cabbage leaves on the plate, taking care to not burn your hands

    Arrange the cutlets, veggies and the fries on the cabbage leaves. Pour sauce all over it

    Put on the sizzler plate on the wooden sizzler tray. Put butter and cubes of ice below the cabbage leaves at various places to create the sizzling effect. Serve immediately

    To Serve:

    2-3 cabbage leaves whole
    a few hard frozen cubes of butter
    some ice cubes
