Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
100 gram noodles
1 cup cabbage shredded
.5 cup carrots cut lengthwise
.5 cup capsicum cut lengthwise
.5 cup spring onion cut lengthwise
.5 cup French Beans cut lengthwise
.5 cup babycorn cut lengthwise
1 tsp garlic chopped
8 tsp sweet & sour sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp chilli garlic sauce
.25 tsp salt

    Boil the noodles. Then fry them and keep aside

    In a bowl, combine the sweet & sour sauce, chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside

    Heat oil in a wok, saute garlic, spring onions. Add baby corn. Add the french beans, carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Saute for a minute

    Add the sauces mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes

    To serve, in a flat dish spread a layer of the vegetables and top with fried noodles. Serve immediately

    Note: You can also serve the fried noodles and vegetables in 2 different bowls to prevent them getting soggy
