Ingredients

1 cup soya granules
3 tomato finely chopped
1 Onions finely chopped
1 Ginger minced
2 cloves Garlic minced
3 green chilli slit lengthwise
2 tbsp coriander chopped
0.5 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander leaves
According to taste Salt

    Soak the soya granules in 2 cups of warm water and let it sit for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes squeeze all the excess water from the soya and keep aside

    In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add the ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute

    Add the chopped onions and saute till slightly brown, then add the tomatoes and saute for another minute.

    Add the turmeric powder and coriander powder. Add salt according to your taste and let cook for another 4-5 minutes

    Lastly add the soya granules and mix well. Remove from heat

    Serve hot garnished with hot coriander
