1 cup Singhara ka atta
1 potato, boiled (medium sized)
0.5 tsp sendha namak

Singhara ke Atte ki Poori

Peel and mash the potato. Mix well with atta
Add salt and make a dough, using very little water as required
Make 4-5 balls. Take one ball, place it in-between 2 sheets of plastic peper or a polythene bag. Roll out into a slightly thick puri.
Heat Ghee. Drop the poori in hot ghee and fry till crispy. Serve hot
