Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Saboodana- soaked for 1-1½ hours in ¼cup water
1 Medium potato-boiled, peeled & cut into small pieces
4 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Jeera
2 Green chillies-chopped
0.25 cup Peanuts (without skin)-very coarsely pounded
sendha namak
0.25 tbsp Red chilli powder (optional)
Some chopped fresh coriander leaves

Wash saboodana in water 2-3 times. Drain out water. Add ¼ cup water only and keep aside for 1 hour.

Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add jeera,green chillies and peanuts. Fry till light brown.

Add chopped boiled potato. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
