Adjust Servings:
250 gm Paneer For the paneer tikka
0.50 cup Capsicum
1 cup Onion
1 cup Tomato
to taste Salt
0.50 tsp Red chili paste
0.50 tsp Dhaniya pwd.
0.50 tsp Garam masala
0.50 tsp Haldi
a pinch (optional) Orange red color
0.50 tsp Ajwain
0.25 tsp Chat masala
1 tsp Garlic paste To be combined to make a marinade
2 tsp Ginger paste
1 dsp Curd or cream 1/2 tsp
1 dsp dhania leaves
to taste Green chilies
0.50 tsp Red chilies paste (optional)
1 dsp Refined oil
1.50 tsp Corn flour
0.50 tsp Besan

    Mix well and keep aside
    In another bowl mix all ingredients listed under marinade
    Add the above marinade with the paneer tikka. Mix well and keep aside for 30 Mins
    In a skewer arrange all the vegetables and paneer
    Cook thepaneer tikka by grilling it either on a grill or pan or oven
    Serve hot with mint curd chutney
