Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Paneer Tikka:
150 gm paneer cut into big cubes
0.5 cup Onions cut into big cubes
1 cup capsicum cut into big cubes
0.5 cup Salt
0.5 cup Chilli Powder
1 tsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
3 tsp Water
2 tsp Cornflour
1 tsp Oil
0.5 tbsp Garlic Paste
For the gravy:
2 tbsp Onions chopped finely
4 tbsp capsicum chopped finely
0.5 tsp garlic minced
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Soya sauce
0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cornflour
0.5 tsp Chilli Powder
0.5 cup Water
2 tsp Vinegar
0.5 tsp oregano
2 tsp Oil
For the rice:
1 cup rice boiled
0.25cup coriander chopped
0.75 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper

    For Paneer Tikka,In a bowl, put onion, capsicum and paneer. Sprinkle salt over it.In another bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients for the paneer tikka except the oil and pour over the paneer. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes

    For Paneer Tikka:

    In a bowl, put onion, capsicum and paneer. Sprinkle salt over it

    In another bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients for the paneer tikka except the oil and pour over the paneer. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes

    Now arrange the paneer, capsicum and onion pieces by piercing them in skewers and keep aside
    Note: If using wooden skewers then soak them in water first to prevent them from burning

    For the Sauce:

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and saute till transparent

    Add all the remaining ingredients for the sauce and let cook for 3-4 minutes or till slightly thick

    Take off heat and keep aside

    For the rice:

    Heat butter in a pan. Add the rice, salt and pepper.

    Saute for a minute. Now add the coriander, mix well

    Take off the flame and keep aside

    For assembling

    Keep the sizzler plate on flame for atleast 10 minutes. It should be very hot.

    In the meanwhile cook the paneer tikkas on a grill pan, cooking all the sides, or in an oven @180 degrees for 10 minutes

    Heat the rice and the salt

    Arrange cabbage on the sizzler plate. The sizzler plate should still be kept on flame.

    Arrange the Boiled rice and Paneer Tikka skewers.Pour some sauce over it.

    To bring out the sizzle put cubes of ice and Frozen butter under the cabbage leaves in 2-3 places. Serve immediately
