Adjust Servings:
250 gms Paneer-cut into 1½’’ rectangular slices of ¼’’ thickness
1 cup Thick curd-hung for 20minutes
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Green chilli paste
1 tsp Singhara Atta
1 tsp Sendha namak
0.5 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
2 tbsp Oil

PANEER Sandwich

Finely chop 1 green chilli and 1’’piece ginger and curd them to a rough paste.
Add this paste to hung curd. Add all the other ingredints except oil, paneer and chutney. Mix well.

Sandwich two pieces of paneer with hari chutney in-between.

Heat a nonstick tawa, spread a little oil.
