Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For roti:
250 Maida
1 Potatoes boiled
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
For filling for kathi
200 gms paneer (cut into fingers)
4 Onions (cut into rings)
1 tomato (deseeded and cut into fingers)
2 green chilli (chopped)
1 tbsp pudina (chopped roughly)
1.50 cups cabbage (shredded)
1 cup coriander (chopped)
2 capsicum (chopped finely)
2 tbsp Oil
0.5 tsp zeera
0.25 tsp kalonji
0.25 tsp saunf
0.5 tsp amchoor
0.5 tsp haldi
1.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper
0.75tsp Garam Masala
0.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Chaat Masala
To Spread: mixed
3 tbsp tomato ketchup mixed
3 tbsp pudina chutney

    For the roti:

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make dough adding very little water, like Roti Atta

    Roll out very thin rotis, and cook one side of the roti on overturned tawa

    Cook only one side of rotis very slightly. Take off the tawa, fold and keep in a hot case. Keep aside

    For the filling:

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add zeera, kalonji and saunf. Let zeera turn golden, add green chillies, saute a little

    Add onions and stir till transparent. Add cabbage and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes

    Add the haldi powder and amchoor. Stir on low heat for a minute, then add the coriander and pudina. Saute for another minute

    Add paneer, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, garam masala and red chilli powder. Saute for 3 minutes

    Add chaat masala and tomatoes and mix lightly. Remove from fire

    For assembling:

    Take a roti. Spread the chutney ketchup mixture on the cooked side of the roti

    Scoop out a tablespoon full of filling and roll in shape of kathis. You can adjust the amount of filling as per the size of your roti

    Heat oil on a tawa. Cook the rolled out kathis on tawa till light brown in color

    Wrap in foils and serve hot with pudina chutney and onion rings
