0.25 cups grated potatoes boiled
1 tsp coriander finely chopped
0.5 Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Zeera Powder
0.5 tsp kabab masala
according to taste Salt

Pan Seared Cucumber

In a bowl combine all the ingredients for filling and keep aside. Peel the cucumber using a regular kitchen peeler. Now run the zig zag ends of the peeler along the length of the entire cucumber to create a pattern

In a bowl combine all the ingredients for filling and keep aside

Peel the cucumber using a regular kitchen peeler. Now run the zig zag ends of the peeler along the length of the entire cucumber to create a pattern

Cut the cucumber into half, so you get 2 pieces, barrel shaped. Using the peeler, core the cucumber to take away the seedy flesh.
Now stuff the filling in the hollowed out cucumber and keep aside

In another bowl combine all the ingredients in a bowl and coat the stuffed cucumbers with the marinade. Keep aside for 30 minutes

Take a non stick pan and drizzle some oil. Let the oil heat a little, then add the marinated cucumber on it and cook, turning it, allowing the cucumber to cook from all sides.Take care not to overcook the cucumbers and don’t worry if the yoghurt marinade gets stuck on the pan. Simply keep grilling the cucumbers

Take off the flame, and cut into slices. Sprinkle some more chaat masala and Tandoori Masala over it and serve with Sliced onions, Dahi Pudina Chutney and Mango chutney
