0.5 tbsp Rice flour
0.25 tbsp Ajwain
to taste Salt
0.5 tbsp Red chilli pd
0.25 tbsp Haldi
Water to make batter
Oil for frying
Beaten curd mixed with salt, pepper,red chilli pd,bhuna jeera pd)
Imli chutney
Dhaniya chutney

Make the batter and dip each leaf in it and fry deep fry it a little from both the sides and keep aside.
Before serving double fry tem and put it in a platter and top it with beaten curd,both the chutneys and dhaniya,bhuna jeera pd and pomegranate.
