Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
8 Dry kashmiri red chillies soaked in ¼ cup warm water for 15 minutes
3 Garlic flakes
1 tsp Sabot dhania (coriander seeds)
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tbsp Oil
According to taste salt
1 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Vinegar
0.5 tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
0.5 tsp Star anise powder
