Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Dressing:
0.5 cup Mint Chutney
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 tsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp ginger paste
0.5 tsp Zeera Powder
1 green chilli (chopped finely)
3 tsp Lemon juice
according to taste Salt
For the salad:
0.75 cup peas (boiled)
2 Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
2 spring onions (white and green part both) (chopped finely)
1 cucumber (chopped into cubes, same size as potatoes)
3 slices pineapple (canned) (chopped finely)
1 tbsp Green grapes (cut into half lengthwise)
