6 Green chillies-slit lengthways
0.5 tbsp zeera
0.25 tbsp ajwain
0.25 tbsp lal mirch
sendha namak to taste
0.5 tbsp Bhuna jeera powder( roasted cumin powder)
o.5 Lemon juice

Heat ghee. Add zeera and ajwain. Add drained potatoes. Fry till cooked. Drain out extra ghee.
