1 bunch Methi leaves (Cleaned, chopped and Blanched)
2 Large onions (blend in a mixer to make paste)
8 Cloves, Garlic (peeled and chopped)
100 gm Tomato puree
0.5 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Jeera
0.5 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Ghee
to taste Salt
