1 tbsp Oil
For dough Water
For filling Ingredients
1/2 cup Khoya
1/2tbsp Ghee
10 Raisins
3 tbsp sugar powder
1 tbsp Dry coconut(roasted)
1/4 tbsp Elaichi powder
5-6 Almonds
5-6 Cashewnuts

    In a bowl combine the maida and 1/8cup oil knead into a dough using water as required keep aside.Combine 1tbsp elaichi and 2tbsp sugar grind into powder to make elaichi powder.

    Put maida in a bowl and add ghee and mix nicely to form crums.

    Now add enough water to make a medium dough and let it rest for 10min.

    In a pan add 1/2tbsp ghee and cook khoya till light brown.

    Shift it to a bowl and let it cool and add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

    Now roll the dough and shift it to a gujiya maker and put filling.

    With the help of water seal the sides and remove excess maida.

    Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry gujiyas and serve hot
