Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the manchurian balls
1 cup cabbage grated
1 cup carrots grated
0.5 cup spring onions chopped finely
.125 cup capsicum chopped finely
2 green chillies crushed
1 tsp celery chopped finely
2 slices bread crushed finely In a blender
1.5 tbsp maida
1.5 tbsp cornflour
.25 tsp ajinomoto
According to taste salt
For the Mixture:
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic chopped finely
1 tsp black pepper
a pinch ajinomoto
a pinch sugar
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
Other Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp spring onions
1 tsp garlic chopped finely
1 tsp ginger paste
1 green chilly chopped finely
1 tbsp coriander chopped finely

    For the Manchurian Balls:

    Combine all the ingredients listed under manchurian balls and mix nicely

    Shape into 8-9 equal sized balls

    Deep fry till light brown in colour. Drain excess oil and keep aside

    Combine all the ingredients listed under mixture except cornflour and water

    In a separate bowl mix the cornflour and water to make a paste

    Add cornflour paste to the soya sauce mixture and keep aside

    In a pan, heat oil, add ginger and garlic. Saute

    Add spring onions and saute lightly

    Add coriander leaves. Give the above made mixture a stir incase the cornflour has settled in the base of bowl. Add the mixture in the pan. Cook a little.

    Add manchurian balls and coat the sauce evenly over all the balls.Serve immediately
