Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Large potatoes boil, peel & cut into cubes
2 tbsp Ghee or oil
1 tsp Jeera
0.5 ginger-cut into thin match sticks
6 Green chillies chopped finely
2 cups Curd-well beaten with 1tsp singhare ka atta
sendha namak & pepper

Add gingerand fry for 1 minute.
Reduce heat. Add green chillies & curd. Keep stirring till it boils.
