1 cup Chana
0.5 stick cinnamon(dal chini)
1 tejpatta
2 cloves Laung (cloves)
4 black pepper
1 Green cardamom
1 Black cardamom
0.5 tsp haldi
0.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Dhania
1 tsp Jeera
1 cup Onions
1 cup tomato
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 green chilli
2 tea bag
2 tbsp Oil
For bhature
2 cup Maida
0.5 whole wheat flour
According to taste Salt
1 tsp coriander
0.5 tsp Garam Masala
0.5 tsp yeast (dissolved for 10,mins in luke warm water)
0.5 tsp lal mirch

    For bhatura,Combine all ingredients to make a dough by adding enough water.Keep the prepared dough in a bowl cover it with a wet cloth keep aside for 3-4,hours
    For chole ,In a pressure cooker cook the chanas with 1tsp salt and ¼tsp beking soda and 2 tea bags let it cook for 10-15 minuets allowing 4 whistles turn off the ges.

    Let the pressurn drop, open the cooker.

    Heat oil in a pan add tej patta,dal chini,laung,green and black cardamom now add onions and saute it add ginger and garlic.

    Add all dry spices and salt taste add chopped tomatoes and cook for while.

    Add the chole with water to the above masala remove the tea bags

    Add chopped green chillies let it simmer for next 30-40mins

    -Take the bhatura atta
    -Divide in to equal portions roll out in an oval or round shape.
    -Deep fry till golden brown like puri.
    -Serve with hot chola,onion and pickles
