Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Chana (soked) and boiled
0.5 tsp Red chilly powder
0.5 cup cornflour
2 tsp Spring onion
0.5 tsp cornflour mixed with 4tbsp water
For the sauce
2 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp Chilly sauce
0.5 tsp Vinegar
0.5 tsp Paprika powder
0.5 tsp Ajinomoto
2 Green chillies (slit lenghwise)
3 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Capsicum (cut into cubes)
1 Onion (cut into cubes)

In a bowl take the channa.Add chilly powder salt, cornflour and mix well making sure the channa is well coated with the cornflour.
Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry the channa till it turns golden and crisp.Keep aside.

Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and chilly. Saute for a minute.

Now add the prepared sauce.Add the fried channa and cornflour water.
