1 cup Noodles par-boiled
.5 cup carrots cut lengthwise
.25 cup cabbage cut lengthwise
.25 cup capsicum cut lengthwise
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped finely
2 tbsp spring onions including greens, chopped finely
2 tbsp salted peanuts roasted
3 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
