Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Paneer:
250 gm paneer cut into fingers
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
.125 tsp Aji-no-motto
1 tbsp Cornflour
.25 tsp black pepper
For the sauce:
2 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
1.5 tsp Vinegar
1.5 tsp paprika powder
0.5 tsp Aji-no-motto
For the final stir fry:
4 green chilli slit lengthwise
1 tbsp garlic chopped finely
1 capsicum desseded, cut into cubes
1 Onions cut into cubes
0.5 tsp Cornflour mixed with 4 tbsp water

    For the paneer:

    Marinate paneer with chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce and ajinomoto. Leave aside for 15 minutes

    Roll the paneer pieces in cornflour and deep fry

    Remove excess oil using a tissue and keep aside

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside

    Heat oil in a wok. Add the chopped garlic and chillies

    Add the capsicum and onion and saute

    Now add the prepared sauce

    Add the paneer pieces and the cornflour water. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
