BADAM HALWA

    Soak the almonds for 4-5 hours and peel
    Grind the almonds with milk coarsely.
    Heat ¼ cup of ghee in a heavy bottom pan and cook on slow fire.
    Now add sugar and keep on stirring continuously. It should not stick to the bottom

    Now add a pinch of cardamom powder. When it leaves the sides of the pan, then it is done. You can garnish with almond slits.
