Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250 gms Baby corns
to taste Sprinkle salt
to taste Pepper
0.5 tsp Aji-no-motto
0.5 tsp Chili sauce
0.25 tsp Garlic juice
A pinch Red Colour
0.5 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 dsp Cornflour

BABY CORN FRITTERS

Wash the baby corn and boil adding a pinch of salt them to give 2-3 boil drain the water, refesh in cool water, and keep aside.
In ander bowl combine all the remainig ingredients except salt and cornflour.
Mix the baby corns with the above mixture and leave to merinet for atleast 2 hours.
Add the time of serving dust with cornflour and shallow fry and serve hot
