Ingredients

2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
0.5 cup green peas (boiled)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp white sesame seeds (safed til) (roasted)
1 tbsp kalongi
1 tbsp Zeera Powder
1 tbsp Dhania Powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Cornflour
0.25 cup cup water
According to taste Salt

Heat oil. Add zeera and let it splutter. Then add the dhania powder and saute for a minute.

Add potatoes, peas, garam masala, dhania leaves and salt to taste. Add all the leftover ingredients except cornflour. Mix well and take off flame.

Make a cornflour paste by adding 1 tbsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water

Once cooled, roll into ball shape and dip in cornflour paste and cover with sesame by rolling the potato balls in a plate of mixed white sesame and kalonji.

Arrange them in a greased baking tray and drizzle oil over them

Bake the balls at 160 degrees for 20 minutes or till done. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup
