Ingredients

For the Dough:
2 cups Samakiya Atta
1 tbsp oil
0.5 tbsp sendha namak
0.75 tbsp ajwain
For the filling:
3 big potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
0.5 tbsp red chilli powder
0.5 tbsp garam masala
0.5 tbsp amchur
sendha salt to taste
a pinch of hing
2 tbsp oil

Combine oil, samakiya atta, sendha salt and ajwain in a bowl. Make a dough using water as required. Keep aside
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add all masalas and the potatoes, cook for two minutes. Remove from heat & keep aside
