Adjust Servings:
250 gms chaap (Boiled & saqueezed)
Ingredients for first marination:
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
0.25 tsp Red chilli powder
According to Taste Salt
Ingredients for second marination
2 tbsp Butter (soft)
0.25 cup cheese spread
0.25 cup Amul cream (thick)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
0.25 tsp Javitri powder
0.5 tsp Kasoori methi
0.5 tsp Roasted jeera powder
1 tbsp Mustard oil
0.5 tbsp Kaju powder (mix with little water)
According to Taste Salt
1 tbsp Mint keaves (chopped)
4 tbsp Corn flour

    Give slits to soya chaap with knife.

    Mix all the first marination in bowl, then coat chaap pieces & keep aside for 25-30 minutes

    After 25-30 minutes of first marination, take another bowl to mix all second marination ingredients, coat both sides of chaap with second marination & keep aside for ½ hour or till the time of serving.

    Grill the chaap on 220 degree for 30 minutes or till done.

    Serve hot with green chutney.
