1 tsp Paneer
sendha namak
3 Green chillies-deseeded and chopped
4 Almonds-chopped
4 Kishmish-chopped
Oil or ghee for frying

Boil and mash potatoes very well
Mix sendha namak& pepper. Keep aside.
Crumble paneer and add sendha namak green chillies, almonds and kishmish.
Divide the potato mixture into 6 big balls.

With a ball of potato make a small chapation your hand.

Place 1 tbsp paneer and make a tikki, so that the paneer is covered completely on all sides with potato mixture.
